The CEN-SAD Observation Mission began with the voting of the defense and security forces, and was present this Saturday, September 28, 2024, at certain barracks in N’djaména (Chad) with agents of the Agence Nationale de la Gestion des Elections (ANGE) to ensure the smooth running of the legislative, provincial and municipal votes.
